USCIS Extends Validity of Work Permits for Certain Liberian DED Holders
Certain facially-expired EADs are now valid through June 30, 2026.
On September 23, 2024, USCIS announced the publication of a Federal Register notice that will automatically extend certain DED-based Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) for Liberians. EADs bearing Category Code A11 and Card Expires dates of March 30, 2020, January 10, 2021, June 30, 2022, or June 30, 2024 are extended through June 30, 2025.
